उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार की आलोचना से जुड़े एक मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने एक अहम फैसला सुनाया है। कोर्ट ने एक आदेश में कहा है कि राज्य की कानून व्यवस्था को लेकर असंतोष व्यक्त करना अपराध नहीं माना जा सकता। प्रदेश की कानून व्यवस्था पर जंगल राज की टिप्पणी से कोई आपराधिक केस नहीं बनता है। यह अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता का अंग है।
